AI Transformation Program
Turn AI investment into meaningful adoption
AI Transformation equips managers to turn AI strategy into everyday team behavior. Learners build the judgment to decide when to use AI, the skills to delegate work across people and AI, and the change leadership skills needed to make adoption last.
Challenges AI Transformation addresses
AI tools are moving fast, but meaningful adoption depends on how people use them, how teams redesign work, and how managers lead adoption.
AI adoption is inconsistent across teams
Employees differ widely in how often they use AI and how confident they feel using it. AI Transformation helps managers set consistent expectations and provide support so adoption becomes a team practice, not an individual preference.
AI output looks better than it is
AI can produce work that looks polished but still contains errors, weak reasoning, or questionable assumptions. This program helps managers protect judgment and quality by deciding what requires human review before AI-assisted work goes out.
Productivity gains aren’t improving team performance
Saving time on one task doesn’t automatically create more capacity for the team. AI Transformation helps managers spot whether AI is genuinely improving work or simply shifting effort elsewhere, then adjust workflows and expectations accordingly.
Ownership gets blurry when AI enters the workflow
When AI drafts, analyzes, or recommends, accountability can become unclear. This program helps managers set expectations for ownership, review, and quality so a human still owns the final result.
AI is added to processes without rethinking the workflow
Adding AI to an existing process can speed up individual tasks while leaving the same bottlenecks, handoffs, and review burden. AI Transformation helps managers redesign how work moves through the team, so AI improves the process, not just the pace.
Employees respond differently to AI-driven change
Some people lean in. Others resist, worry, or quietly comply. This program helps managers communicate direction, respond to concerns, and build the conditions that help new ways of working stick.
The skills managers need to lead AI transformation
AI Transformation builds the manager behaviors that turn AI from an individual tool into an organizational capability. The program moves from better task-level decisions to stronger team practices to sustained adoption across the organization.
Bring human skills to AI transformation
Help managers turn AI strategy into everyday behavior. The AI Transformation Program builds the human skills that make adoption work: judgment about when to use AI, delegation across people and AI, and change leadership as roles and workflows evolve. Managers practice protecting quality, clarifying ownership, reshaping team habits, and guiding people through uncertainty so AI becomes part of how work gets done, not just another workplace tool.

FAQs
What is the AI Transformation Program?
AI Transformation is a behavior-focused manager training program that helps organizations turn AI investment into meaningful adoption. Managers build skills in AI judgment, delegation, team workflow design, and change leadership so AI improves how work gets done rather than remaining an individual experiment.
Who is this program for?
AI Transformation is designed for organizations where AI has become a business priority, and managers need to lead the change across their teams. It is especially useful when organizations are seeing uneven adoption, inconsistent AI practices, quality concerns, resistance, or uncertainty about how workflows and responsibilities should change.
Why are these workshops delivered in this order?
The sequence follows how AI changes work. AI Discernment starts with the individual task: when should AI be used, and how? Managing AI-Augmented Teams moves to the team level: how should workflows, expectations, and responsibilities change? Leading AI Adoption moves to the organizational level: what conditions help new behaviors take hold and persist? Skills Lab then gives managers time to apply those behaviors to real workplace situations.
How can we customize AI Transformation?
The program can adapt to your organization’s AI maturity, internal language, existing tools, policies, examples, and business priorities. The full experience includes three facilitator-led workshops and a Skills Lab. Individual workshops can also support custom programs.
What organizational challenges does this program address?
AI Transformation helps organizations where AI adoption is uneven or where tool usage has outpaced team practices. It addresses issues such as poor-quality AI-assisted work, inconsistent judgment, unclear accountability, outdated workflows, resistance to new ways of working, and managers who do not yet know how to guide AI adoption across their teams.
What business outcomes can we expect?
The program is designed to help organizations build more consistent AI practices across teams, stronger judgment about when and how AI is used, clearer accountability, and better alignment between individual AI use and team performance. It also equips managers to lead the behavior change required for AI adoption to become part of everyday work.
What level of support do we receive during the program?
You’ll have support across the full experience, from shaping the program around your goals to reinforcing the learning after delivery. We partner with you upfront to align on priorities and program design, support implementation throughout the learning journey, and provide opportunities to measure and reinforce behavior change.
What is a Skills Lab?
Skills Lab is the program’s practice-focused capstone. Managers apply the skills they have learned to realistic workplace situations through facilitator-led practice, discussion, reflection, and feedback. The focus is application rather than new content, so the behaviors become easier to use in day-to-day work.
