We are all biased, and yet bias doesn’t have to stop us from being deliberately inclusive and leveraging our differences. In this workshop, you will learn the psychology of unconscious bias and its impact at work. Then we’ll practice behaviors of inclusion— small habits that improve 1-1 interactions, group meetings, feedback, and decisions. You’ll leave with greater confidence and simple tools to be a better advocate for yourself and others.

Collaboration & Trust is a behavior-focused training program that helps teams work together more effectively, especially under pressure. It builds the core skills that strengthen trust, improve communication, and address conflict directly, so teams can stay aligned, collaborate openly, and maintain performance as they evolve.

Collaboration & Trust is designed for teams and leaders who need to work closely together and maintain strong collaboration through change or pressure. It’s especially valuable for cross-functional teams, newly formed teams, or teams experiencing friction or breakdowns in communication. Including senior leaders helps reinforce trust-building and collaboration habits across the organization.

The sequence is designed to build trust and strengthen collaboration over time. Building Trust comes first to establish the foundation for open communication and psychological safety. Conflict & Collaboration builds on that by helping teams address tension directly and work through challenges productively. Behaviors of Inclusion ensures all voices are heard and considered, improving how teams collaborate and make decisions. Skills Labs provide practice and reinforcement, helping teams apply these skills to real situations and make them part of their day-to-day work.

Collaboration & Trust is designed to flex around your team’s needs. The program includes three workshops, each available in 60-, 90-, or 120-minute formats, so you can choose what fits your schedule. We also adapt each session based on experience level, whether you’re supporting managers or senior leaders. To make the learning feel even more relevant, we can incorporate your internal frameworks, examples, and language. Our goal is to make the experience feel like it was built for your team, so the skills are easier to apply right away.

After the workshops, we continue to provide reinforcement so that new skills become consistent, everyday habits.

Skills Lab is a high-impact reinforcement experience held at the end of the program. It’s designed to help participants build confidence and apply new skills to real work through group coaching, reflection, practice activities, and facilitated discussion. Instead of introducing new concepts, Skills Lab focuses on applying what’s been learned in real-world scenarios, so behaviors become consistent and easier to use day-to-day. Collaboration & Trust includes two Skills Labs.
