Justin draws from his experience working in both public health and leadership development, combining behavioral and organizational psychology to deliver skills-based training. He specializes in feedback, change management, and resilience.
From his past work, Justin saw that the biggest motivator for behavior change for many people was experiencing an adverse event – in other words, people learn things “the hard way.” Because of these experiences, Justin is passionate about helping people learn things “the easy way” – in a workshop. Justin loves helping people unpack long-held beliefs, shift attitudes, and learn new skills, thereby preventing people from experiencing unnecessary hardship.
In the room, Justin is known for his high-energy, at-ease approach – making the scary conversations feel easy. Once he closes his computer, you can find him in the kitchen, figuring out his signature bake.
