Membership takes all you loved about Skills Academy up a notch! For one annual fee, you get unlimited access to even more live, interactive workshops happening all the time (seriously, there’s probably one going on right now!). Plus, you get on-demand courses and resources to keep the learning going whenever you want.
How much does Membership cost?
We don’t like to brag, but the value you get from our Membership plans is pretty incredible. With multiple investment options available, you can pick the perfect plan for your learning needs.

How often are workshops offered?
Great question! We’ve got three Membership options to fit your learning goals.

Are the workshops live, or can I watch them later?
Our workshops are all LIVE and led by experts, for good reason! You get to ask questions, get personalized feedback, and connect with fellow learners. It’s way more engaging (and less likely to involve cat videos) than pre-recorded stuff. While we don’t offer recordings, we prioritize live interaction, confidentiality, and content protection.

What kind of stuff will I actually learn in the workshops?
The Membership says "unlimited." Does that mean unlimited everything?
Pretty much! With an active Membership, you can take ANY workshop we offer in that tier as many times as you want! Need a refresher on giving feedback before that big performance review? Hop back into Feedback Skills! Stuck on career advancement with your manager? Dive back into Career Growth! The possibilities are endless (well, almost endless).

How many people are in the live workshops?
We cap all our workshops to ensure you get the individual attention you deserve. Workshops are full at 40 people, and group coaching sessions max out at 20. So, you can picture a small, engaged group learning experience – not a lecture hall full of zombies. A small group means you have plenty of time to interact with your fellow learners and the facilitator.
Can I cancel or change the workshops I sign up for?
Life happens! We totally get it. You can always cancel or reschedule your workshops. We’re all about flexibility here.
How long does the Membership last?
Our Memberships are annual, giving you a whole year of learning awesomeness.
What's the deal with the on-demand resources?
Sometimes, you need a quick refresher, and that’s where our on-demand resources come in! These bite-sized learning modules perfectly complement the live workshops. You can find videos, templates, worksheets, and more.
How long are the workshops?
Most of our workshops are two hours long, but they fly by! We promise. Some Membership levels unlock access to a few one-hour workshops, which are basically two-hour workshops split into two parts.
