Allison creates practical, energizing learning environments where managers practice the everyday conversations that shape team culture—from giving feedback and coaching to thinking more strategically about their role as leaders. She brings particular enthusiasm to team culture, inclusive leadership, and women’s leadership development.
Allison’s commitment to manager development stems from her belief that most managers genuinely want to support their teams—but many were never given the right tools. Drawing from her background studying leadership and working with high-performance teams, she focuses on the small leadership behaviors that have the biggest impact on team culture over time. She believes leadership development is ultimately a hopeful practice: with the right tools and mindset, anyone can grow into a more effective leader.
In any workshop, Allison blends research-backed insights with real-world application while creating a warm, inclusive environment where people feel comfortable learning from one another. Her energy and enthusiasm help participants engage fully, practice new skills, and build habits that lead to lasting behavior change. When not facilitating, Allison enjoys coaching varsity volleyball and supporting women and girls in sports.
