The Business Operations Department is made up of our Finance, IT, Legal, and Strategic Planning teams. They keep our “lab” running and help the company bring to life the most delightful client and learner experience possible!
Once you sign a contract with LifeLabs Learning, you will be paired with either one of our world-class Client Support & Success Coordinators or Implementation Coordinators. This team supports you through the logistic setup of your program so you can launch your programs smoothly and successfully. They bring fun and warmth to finalizing your workshop schedule, invoicing processes, and all of the other nuts and bolts to move your workshops from a plan to reality. Think of them as your partner and an extension of your team.
Our expert Consultants are here to help you diagnose your company’s underlying needs, articulate your goals, and craft the most effective strategy for your learning and development program. Our Consultants have partnered with more than 2,000 companies around the world to develop strategic and sticky learning programs. They take the guesswork out of everything from program launch to measuring long-tail success.

The Marketing team increases LifeLabs Learning’s impact by expanding our reach! This group of dedicated marketing professionals and connectors introduces LifeLabs Learning to professionals and learners (like you!) around the world. The Marketing team connects folks to each other and new ideas through events, resources, partners, and communities.
The People Ops (POPs) team at LifeLabs Learning is made up of Hiring, Team Enablement, Employee Experience, and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Anti-Bias (IDEA.) Our POPs team cultivates a workplace that energizes and delights, creates a values-driven employee experience, and supports engagement and role success for our Labmates.
The LifeLabs Learning Product team helps identify present and future challenges of our customers and then drives the change to help solve those problems. Whether it’s creating a new program of workshops that meet the needs of organizations or identifying new technology to help improve the experience of our teams and customers our Product team is innovative and creative while always being backed by research and data.
