The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me is Courage Over Comfort. Some of the best things in my life have come from saying yes and taking chances, even when I wasn’t sure if I was ready for it. Whether it’s moving cross-country, signing up for a race I’ve never done before, or simply raising my hand to share a new idea that is formulating inside my brain, this is a value I carry with me in work and in life.
