Victoria is a Client Success Specialist at LifeLabs Learning. She provides high-touch support and partners closely with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and help them deliver impactful learning experiences for their teams. She has worked with hundreds of organizations across many industries and takes a tailored, client-focused approach to meet each team’s unique needs. She brings expertise in program planning, relationship building, and thoughtful problem-solving. In addition to her main role, she serves as a Labcoach, offering 1:1 internal peer coaching to colleagues across LifeLabs, and she draws on this coaching experience to further support clients and strengthen their overall journey.
