Barbie leads, enables and supports our world-class Product Operations Implementation team who are responsible for all logistics pertaining to the LifeLabs client experience. This is accomplished through creative problem solving, standardizing and systematizing process and tooling, maximizing resource capacity, and centralizing data and knowledge management. She has worked in a wide range of fields (including law, photography, finance, and veterinary medicine), creating systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Courage Over Comfort is the value that resonates most with me. I love adventure and am always up for learning new things that take me out of my comfort zone and help me grow as a person. A few examples from the past 10 years are: changed careers, started a 3-acre homestead, started a YouTube channel, and learned to scuba dive and kayak.
