My Facilitation Promise

I help leaders become more intentional in how they show up and communicate so that their teams feel more connected, energized, and ready to do their best work

Pronouns: she/her
Languages: English (fluent), Spanish (conversational)

Lea brings 10+ years of experience and a background in Organizational Psychology to her facilitation work, specializing in change management, team effectiveness, and building healthy feedback cultures.

Before joining LifeLabs, Lea worked across startups, consulting firms, and Fortune 500 companies. She saw first-hand that organizational success often hinges less on strategy or product and more on the quality of leadership at all levels.

In the room, Lea is known for blending warmth and power, creating an environment where people feel open while also challenged enough to consider different perspectives and apply the tools to their work context. She focuses on helping each group translate their insights into simple, repeatable behaviors they are excited to use every day. Outside of work, you can find Lea swimming in any and all bodies of water or running around a park in Berkeley with her two-year old son.

Find a Way to Play, all day! I’m most energized, present, and open with myself and others when there’s lightness, play, and a big dose of goofiness.

What Changed for Learners

“Lea was great. She was engaging and kept people focused and interested, and she modeled the things she was teaching while she was teaching them.”

“Lea solicits input from everyone, but does not create artificial mandates of everyone participating or checking boxes on the way. This helps show she is there to help us build, as opposed to just follow a bible.”
