KJ believes that leadership is not about being the best, it’s about making others better and that LifeLabs Learning workshops offer a unique opportunity to learn easy-to-implement behaviors to achieve just that.
What drives KJ’s facilitation work is the conviction that in this age of AI innovation that training on core “soft skills” (communication, adaptability and emotional intelligence) uniquely positions leaders to close the gaps that AI isn’t designed to target and to truly help teams excel.
KJ brings warmth and care (and a life-long learner’s passion for research) to each session she facilitates. When not facilitating, KJ is typically found struggling to read a book while buried under pets who are competing for her attention or going out to play at a local theme park!
