Chelsea creates high-energy, practical learning experiences for managers building skills in communication, coaching, and inclusion, drawing on 15 years in higher education, cross-cultural dialogue, and counseling. 

Their work is grounded in one belief: relationships are the difference between ideas that stall and ideas that scale.

In the room, Chelsea blends idealism and pragmatism—challenging people to aim higher while giving them the exact tools to get there. Known for being engaging, warm, and candid, she helps participants practice the conversations that matter most, in ways that feel both real and repeatable. Because at the end of the day, insight isn’t enough—behavior change is the goal. 

Outside of facilitation, you’ll most likely find her tinkering with cake recipes in the kitchen or, on warmer evenings, gathering friends and family around the pizza oven outside.
