Nora brings two decades of instruction to her facilitation work, specializing in intellectual engagement through learning experience design.
Before joining LifeLabs, Nora lived internationally and taught in 3 different languages. This immersed her in the power of communication, both through connection and recovering from mistakes. While learning at the workplace, people can build individual and team effectiveness. Manager development is her passion because it propels entire work cultures to perform, and doesn’t have to wait for tomorrow.
In the room, Nora is known for energy, curiosity, and shamelessly dispatching puns. Look to her for attunement to learner questions, pacing needs, and responsiveness to deepen the content. Outside of work, she plays bridge competitively and opines on international film.
