My Facilitation Promise

I help people navigate complexity and ambiguity intentionally — leaving every session with the confidence and tools to do it in a way that feels genuinely theirs.

Pronouns: he/him
Languages: English, Polish, and Spanish (fluent), Portuguese (conversational)

Daniel brings over two decades of experience facilitating and coaching transformational growth for leaders and teams. At LifeLabs, he specializes in cross-cultural communication, conflict resolution, and inclusive leadership.

As an ICF-certified leadership coach with a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology, Daniel blends the science of human behavior with the practical realities of leading across cultures and navigating ambiguity. Years of working with teams facing conflict, communication breakdowns, and organizational change reinforced his belief that the right skills, learned and practiced, don’t just make a better manager – they unlock the growth of everyone around them.

Daniel’s approach is warm and direct, grounded in research but always practical – meeting people where they are and giving them tools they can apply right away. Outside of work, he is an avid hiker and a Tolkien fan.
