Eva’s career has always been about people.
Throughout her career – first in hospitality and for the past 15 years in Learning & Development – Eva has been driven by a commitment to supporting others.
Eva’s approach is built on the idea that to lead others, you first need to understand yourself. When a leader is aware of their own drivers, beliefs, strengths & weaknesses, they can build stronger teams and much more authentic, trusting relationships.
Eva believes that true learning occurs at the edge of one’s comfort zone, where learners are encouraged to challenge and to try things out within a secure environment.
Known for her positive and personal touch, Eva creates training spaces where every participant feels safe to experiment and is fully engaged.
Eva particularly enjoys partnering with leaders in engineering, hospitality, retail, and technology, as well as working with global teams and facilitating in three different languages.
To back up her focus on self-awareness, Eva uses Facet5 and TeamScape. She’s certified in both personality and team assessment tools to help individual and team development.
Outside of work, Eva is a passionate baker and lives an active life with her family and pets.
