Brittney Potier believes that human centered leadership is the bridge that fosters adaptable, engaged and innovative teams. With 14 years of facilitation experience, she specializes in psychological safety, intercultural communication, and work-life balance.
Before joining LifeLabs, Brittney designed curriculums, led professional development training, and worked across the wellness, corporate and non-profit sectors. Through careful observation, inquiry, and personal experience, she identified a significant gap in team success: the role of management and people leaders. Often, managers are promoted to lead teams without receiving adequate training in the interpersonal skills needed to ensure sustained high performance and productivity.
In the room, Brittney is known for creating an atmosphere of warmth, authenticity, vulnerability and inclusivity. She genuinely connects with individuals, facilitating “ah ha” moments that resonate and are immediately applicable. Outside of work, you’ll find her at the ceramics studio, climbing trees and cafe hopping.
“Brittney was a great facilitator. I appreciated her positive energy and authenticity, and also that she wasn’t afraid to pause and give people processing time so they could respond to her questions.”
“Brittney was wonderful and I will be having all my leaders attend the next version of this training.”
