Ayeshah Parker

I-E-SHA

Pronouns: She/Her

Languages: English (Fluent), Vietnamese (Conversational)

Ayeshah spent 15+ years as a nonprofit senior executive before turning her focus to leadership development full-time, and she’s spent the last decade facilitating for organizations navigating growth and change. She specializes in emerging, new, and frontline leaders — the people asked to lead without ever being formally trained for it — helping them build the confidence and judgment the role demands. Ayeshah brings warmth, humor, and hard-won executive experience into every room, with a simple belief driving her work: leadership is a verb.

Which LifeLabs value resonates with you most? +-
Open the Circle resonates most with me because psychological safety is the foundation everything else gets built on — you can't coach, challenge, or grow someone who doesn't feel safe in the room first. In every session I facilitate, I'm watching for who's quiet, who's holding back, and finding a way to bring them in without ever putting them on the spot. Leadership development only works if people feel safe enough to be honest about where they're actually struggling — that's the room I try to build every time.
What's a fun fact about you? +-
I am a proud alum of Hampton University's Marching Pirates!
