New Leadership Programs for Today’s Workplace Challenges

Summary: New program suite expands on two decades of client partnership and behavior-change research to help organizations strengthen managers, teams, and workplace culture.

New York, NY — May 14, 2026 — LifeLabs Learning, the source for instantly useful, delightfully unusual, science-backed programs, today announced the launch of four new leadership development programs and the next evolution of its flagship Manager Core program. The new programs are designed to help organizations address real workplace challenges and drive measurable outcomes.

As organizations adapt to rapid workplace change, shifting employee expectations, and increasing AI adoption, many are investing in the human skills managers and teams need to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and lead through complexity.

After working with more than 500,000 learners across 3,000 organizations, LifeLabs Learning observed a consistent pattern: organizations wanted learning experiences tied directly to today’s workplace challenges, from overwhelmed managers and constant change to communication breakdowns and unclear ownership.

Many of the company’s newest programs began as custom solutions built alongside clients as they navigated those realities. After seeing the impact, LifeLabs Learning expanded those experiences into structured learning journeys now available globally.

“Organizations are preparing managers to lead a workforce navigating constant change, increasing complexity, and the rapid evolution of AI,” said David Smith, CEO of LifeLabs Learning. “We built these programs around the real challenges organizations are facing right now and the human skills leaders need to succeed in the future of work.”

The new program suite includes the next evolution of Manager Core, LifeLabs Learning’s flagship manager development program, reimagined for the realities managers face today. The new Manager Core now includes Delegation, a new workshop focused on helping managers build stronger accountability, clearer ownership, and more capacity across teams.

The four additional programs include:

Each program combines proven, live, facilitator-led workshops delivered as an intentionally sequenced learning journey. Participants build skills progressively through multiple touchpoints designed to reinforce learning, practice, and on-the-job behavior change.

Every program now includes Skills Lab, a facilitator-led capstone experience. Skills Lab gives participants the chance to practice real workplace scenarios, receive coaching and peer feedback, and strengthen how they apply new skills on the job.

“People need more than one exposure to build new habits,” said Samantha Martin, Chief Product Officer at LifeLabs Learning. “Skills Lab gives learners the chance to practice, get feedback, and apply new skills in situations that feel connected to their real work.”

The programs are grounded in behavioral science and built around LifeLabs Learning’s Tipping Point Skills™ approach: small, repeatable behaviors that create meaningful shifts in performance, communication, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.

That approach has produced measurable results across industries. In one recent engagement, cybersecurity company Huntress increased manager effectiveness scores by 15% within four months after participating in LifeLabs Learning’s Manager Core program.

The new programs are available globally in both in-person and live virtual formats, with flexible session lengths and customizable experiences based on organizational goals, team needs, and workplace realities.
