Turo partnered with LifeLabs Learning to deliver Manager Core training, aligning managers around foundational leadership skills. Adaptivity & Resilience and Leading Change workshops provided ongoing support given the recent high-level changes.
Results
Having implemented CORE Part 1 for managers at Turo for many years, the program sponsor notes that the workshops “always got raving reviews.” Other results include:
