Challenge

Taskrabbit was navigating a major organizational shift as it transitioned from a predominantly remote, family-oriented culture to a hybrid, high-performing operating model. With a new return-to-office policy, updated values, and aggressive business goals, leaders were being asked to manage in fundamentally new ways—often without shared norms or tools.

Solution

Taskrabbit partnered with LifeLabs Learning to deliver customized Leading Change and Managing Distributed Employees workshops. Mixed-level sessions leveraged senior expertise, and reinforcement resources supported application beyond the sessions.

Results

The training supported Taskrabbit’s successful transition to a hybrid, high-performance culture by equipping leaders with practical, immediately applicable tools to manage change, improve engagement, and lead distributed teams with clarity and confidence:

  • Leaders reported stronger meeting practices and greater clarity in leading hybrid teams.
  • The program achieved an 87% attendance rate and a 4.48 out of 5 recommendation score. 

94–97% of participants reported they could apply what they learned and found the skills useful—exceeding LifeLabs’ client benchmarks.
