AI is rapidly reshaping the People function, but adoption is proving to be more complex than simply rolling out new tools. While many People teams are already using AI across recruiting, employee communications, analytics, learning, and operations, questions remain around readiness, governance, adoption, and long-term impact.
In this conversation, Stephanie Shuler, Chief People Officer at LifeLabs Learning, joined fellow People leaders from Calrinet, Pyn, and Stitch Fix to explore the inaugural State of AI in the People Function report. Together, they unpacked where AI is delivering value today, where organizations are encountering challenges, and what People leaders are prioritizing as they continue integrating AI into their teams and workflows.
