Dossier holds a Doctor of Leadership degree from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. She is a Master Certified Professional Coach and is certified in DiSC and multi-generational team development.
Experienced in internal HR, Change Management and HR Strategy consulting, and SaaS for small-to-enterprise firms. I provide expertise on measuring and managing the employee experience through survey and process design and driving action. I have a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology, and research experience in HRIS, gig work, and remote work. I have over eight years of experience in HR strategy and transformation, change management, and reporting and analytics. I am highly experienced the HRIS tools: UKG, Workday, and Culture Amp, as well as a suite of AI tools and associated enablement. I’m passionate about research and engagement, and aim to facilitate healthy and efficient organizations.
