Jennifer combines her experience in entrepreneurship, behavior change and the health tech start up space, specializing in the competencies of being an impactful leader, e.g. building trust, coaching, navigating conflict and change, and providing effective feedback.
Jen’s life before joining LifeLabs strongly informs her commitment to facilitating leadership conversations. Navigating the dynamics and challenges of building a business, leading a team in a fast paced, scaling environment, guiding people toward understanding themselves and their own choices and changes in behavior – these experiences underlie Jen’s long standing interest in helping others see themselves, to then better see and serve the world.
In the space of workshops, Jen brings an intentional grounding toward personalization, making complex themes simple and accessible, establishing connection, putting people at ease, and creating moments for learners to share their thoughts and experiences.
Outside of work you can find Jen in her favorite learning space, nature, coupled with reading Carl Sagan’s The Pale Blue Dot quote daily. Experiencing art in all its forms, and dancing to a good beat, often and much, are also high on her list.
