Katrin Baker (she/her) is a seasoned learning and talent development professional and certified coach with a passion for helping individuals and organizations grow. With 28+ years of experience, Katrin has designed and delivered effective leadership and talent development programs in the non-profit and higher education sectors. Katrin currently leads the Learning & Development team at the Center for Community Self-Help, a national Community Development Financial Institution. In her role, Katrin specializes in designing and delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences for 900+ employees, including launching training programs for managers to enhance their leadership skills.
