With a lean Talent Development team, FableticsOS had to prioritize high-impact learning initiatives. This created a gap: senior Individual Contributors and high potentials lacked consistent, enterprise-wide development experiences to strengthen the core skills required to perform and grow. The question became clear: How do you scale skill development without scaling headcount?
The Solution
FableticsOS partnered with LifeLabs Learning to launch an Individual Contributor Core program built on a cohort-based model.
The experience blended:
• Live, high-energy workshops
• Peer connection and discussion
• Behavioral nudges to reinforce application
To extend impact beyond the cohort, additional all-staff workshops were introduced, aligned to the core skills identified as most critical for success.
The Results
Since the 2022 pilot, the partnership has continued due to strong engagement and immediate skill application:
• 95%+ of participants found the program useful and engaging
• 95%+ said they would apply the skills right away
The result: scalable, high-impact IC development delivered without expanding the internal L&D team.
