Balsam Brands partnered with LifeLabs Learning to deliver a cohesive development program for high potential managers, senior leaders, and individual contributors emphasizing engagement, retention, and immediate application. Programming included Manager CORE Part 1 and 2 and IC CORE.
Results
The program achieved 82% attendance and satisfaction scores above 4.5. Participants highlighted the relevance of the content and opportunities for active practice.
