Two big challenges existed for Delivery Hero: skill gaps in senior leadership, as well as a mission to advance women in the workplace. For their senior leadership, they aimed to enhance already existing leadership skills to equip them for sustainable growth, inclusive leadership practices and rapid change. For their Women in Leadership program, their goal was to enable and empower our top level women leaders and increase the representation of women in leadership.
Solution
Delivery Hero partnered with LifeLabs Learning to deliver a custom Senior Leadership Program and a Women in Leadership program. The custom Senior Leadership Program focused on Rapid Trust, Coaching Skills, Feedback Skills, Strategic Thinking, and Leading Change. The Women in Leadership Program focused on Delivery Skills, Strategic Thinking, and negotiation skills to enhance leadership presence where bias against female leadership exists.
Results
Both programs have received consistently strong feedback from learners, and LifeLabs has since become a long-term strategic learning partner to Delivery Hero.
