I’ve never believed in leading from the sidelines. For 30 years — across HR, client success, operations, and executive leadership — I’ve gotten in the arena with the people and organizations I serve. Sleeves up, in the work, accountable to the outcomes. That’s what brought me to Selerix as Chief Operating Officer, where I’m leading post-acquisition integration and building the operational foundation for the next chapter of growth. HR tech and HR services operate in one of the most regulated, most sensitive environments in business. Doing this work well — and doing it responsibly in the age of AI — requires more than ambition. It requires discipline, systems thinking, and a genuine commitment to getting it right.
