Rio creates brave spaces where leaders can examine their assumptions, grow with confidence, and connect meaningfully with both the material and one another. Bringing over a decade of experience in facilitation, coaching, and public speaking, Rio prioritizes curiosity and compassion to ensure that each learner leaves with insights they can immediately apply to their unique needs.
Calling on years in trauma-informed care, participatory-action research, and community-centered advocacy, Rio carries a deep conviction that how we engage with ourselves and each other directly impacts the quality of life we lead and the quality of work on our teams. Rio has seen this firsthand through partnerships with universities, NGOs, government agencies, international organizations, and hundreds of high-achieving individuals.
Participants can expect Rio to blend research-backed insights with creative techniques that make learning stick. Outside of workshops, you might find Rio writing, acting, or engaging with their latest hyper-fixation: currently, taking their cat on walks.
