Victoria Chen brings 15+ years of experience specializing in organizational learning and transformation.

Before joining LifeLabs, Victoria designed and taught leadership, communication, and change management curricula for clients in both higher education and healthcare. It’s work that underscored the extent to which great leadership depends on integrating wisdom with know-how.

In the room, Victoria is known for creating a learning space where practice meets insight, and where what we do is always considered in the context of who we are. Outside of work, she can be found nerding out on personality assessments, Eastern philosophy, and British literature.
